Returns & Delivery

RNS Blinds are custom made blinds to your exact specifications, thus they are not suitable for re-sale or restocking. Please be sure that you check all details thoroughly before finalising your order.

Delivery is a minimum $33.00 (incl GST) per order

If your delivery cost exceeds this amount RNS Blinds will call you with an quote for delivery before we proceed with your order.
Please note: we cannot accept a PO box for a delivery address.

All deliveries to a nominated address must have an “authority to leave” the blinds if no one is home to accept the delivery. If you are unable to have an “authority to leave” then you can nominate to collect your order from a local depot.
RNS Blinds may not be able to deliver to all regional areas of Australia, we will advise at time of order where nearest depot is available for for customer collection.

Plantation Shutter deliveries to the greater Perth area are sent with Bohaul Express and will be a available for pick up at their depot in Maddington.

Manufacture & Delivery Time

On average, it takes approximately:
2 weeks to manufacturer custom made Roller, Roman, Panel Glide and Venetian blinds.
2-3 weeks to manufacturer custom made awnings (all types).
10 week for plantation shutters.

Once your blinds have been completed they will be automatically dispatched and we will send you an email with your delivery consignment number.

Delivery Damages

After receiving your blinds we ask that you inspect and report any damage within five days of delivery. Please do not attempt to install blinds that have been damaged in delivery, as this will void any warranty claim.

If RNS Blinds is not notified within this period, we cannot be held responsible for the damaged item or replacement cost. If the box is damaged upon receipt, please refuse delivery and the box will be returned to RNS Blinds. Please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the carrier. Once RNS Blinds has received the damaged goods we will immediately repair or re-manufacture your blinds provided the shipping insurance was paid for at the time of purchase.
